Once we receive your order, we will process it and dispatch it within 24 hours. Depending on your location, delivery will take between 1-5 working days.

We use reputable courier companies to ensure that your purchases are delivered to you securely and on time. We will provide you with a tracking number to enable you to track the status of your delivery.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout and will depend on your location and the size and weight of your purchases.

Return Policy

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return your purchases. We have therefore put in place a hassle-free return policy to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
